All appointments are confirmed via email or phone call.
When inquiring about services, please include your name, contact information, the service you're interested in, and your preferred date and time. For special events or weddings, let us know the venue location and the number of people requiring makeup services.
Yes, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of service or can be paid in advance. For larger events like weddings, full payment is required 7 days before the event.
We understand plans can change. For regular appointments, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For weddings and large events, we require 14 days' notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but in certain circumstances may be transferred to a new date.
For regular appointments, 1-2 weeks in advance is recommended. For weddings, we suggest booking 6-9 months ahead, especially during peak wedding season (May-September). Special events should be booked 2-4 weeks in advance when possible.
